Although we use the term "Selling", the actual effort in getting
your house sold is: "Marketing". Seldom will your agent be present
with a buyer in order to sell them on the features of your property. The
primary exception being an open house. Additionally, buyers do not
appreciate or feel comfortable having the house foisted upon them.
They are in the company of their agent who is their trusted advisor.
So the focus on getting your house sold is
Marketing.
The
better the marketing plan, the more likely the property will sell in
the shortest period of time and for the best price. Well, what
constitutes a great real estate marketing plan, and what is real
estate marketing? Like marketing for all products, marketing of real
estate must follow best practices in the following areas:
