Information & Real Estate Data
Founded
in 1656, the City of Marlborough is characterized by an abundance of
residential neighborhood settings. Marlborough is a small,
attractive city - from it's historical colonial era's Post Road
through it's tree lined Main Street to the high-tech era's
Interstate 495. From its original agricultural beginnings the
city has grown into a diverse economy inclusive of high technology,
financial services, shoe manufacturing and metal stamping. The
community is a vital and growing area with a very strong business
and corporate environment. The city provides the potential
home owner a broad array of real estate life styles: rentals,
condominiums and multi-family units in addition to single family
residences. Easily accessible by major routes,
the city's location is an attractive bonus for residents. Our
Marlborough office is conveniently located for you at the junction
of Rte 20 and Rte 495, next to the Holiday Inn.
