Information & Real Estate Data
One of New England’s earliest settlements,
Lancaster was incorporated as a town in 1653. Today this community
is still an accurate reminder of the quiet, country tradition of the
area. Residential neighborhoods retain the charm of a rural
atmosphere. Examples of quality antique architecture still exist.
Real estate development has largely bypassed this quiet community. Proximity to major routes and retail, commercial centers have
enhanced the town’s appeal.
