Information & Real Estate Data

Boylston was originally settled in 1705 and incorporated in 1786.  Early in the 1800’s the Nashua River attracted mills to the area.  Later construction of the Wachusett Reservoir eliminated the industry.  Today it is primarily a residential community with new real estate developments joining quintessential New England colonial homesteads and a picturesque town center. Boylston is popular with commuters needing access to Rt. 290 and Rt. 495.
