Information & Real Estate Data

Bolton, today, is a quiet residential community whose real estate is made up of older 19th century homes, and newer, more contemporary homes. Bolton still retains the sense of a small, quaint New England Village.  In the 1800’s, Bolton’s economy consisted of an active limestone quarry as well as leather boots, shoes, and brick manufacturing.  After the gradual decline of manufacturing, Bolton has become known for its lovely scenic orchards, which have become an important industry.
