How to communicate with your
Realtor®
The most important aspect of searching for a home is having
thoroughly analyzed your needs and communicating these to your
Realtor. I have created a
questionnaire to help you explore just what features
are mandatory and which are "nice to have". Don't be
concerned with its length. It is intended to help you consider all
aspects of your desired new home. Just fill in what you can. Add to
it as you gain experience in your search. If your search extends
to many homes, frequently you can lose sight of what is most
important. Updating this list as you visit properties and sharing it
with your Realtor is a good way to provide feedback during this
stage.
