Make Arrangements!You are almost there! Now is the time to be sure all the
arrangements for the move are in order. Use my

make contact with school administration for enrolling your children,
finding childcare, contacting utilities, and subscribing to the
local newspaper. Please contact me if you need assistance in
locating local movers. Don't forget to give the Post Office your new
address.You will be required by your new lender to take out a
homeowners policy on your new home prior to the close. You will need
to bring proof of being insured to the close. This is a good time to
get this done. Check with your lender to see if you need to prepay 6
months or a year.
